Taylor & Trythall collaborated together from 2017 to 2019. Gil Trythall, b. 1930, taught at Knox College, Peabody College (now part of Vanderbilt), W. Virginia University, Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo in Vitória, Brasil, & Brookhaven College, Dallas. He is best known as the synthesist of the electronic country music albums COUNTRY MOOG + SWITCHED ON NASHVILLE, & multiple publications
